WHO IS RETROUVE?

Retrouve is a newcomer house music act formed by two childhood friends with a passion for making and playing electronic music. Their approach is to capture their favorite elements from the varieties of genres they’ve come across growing up in the city of Budapest, Hungary. As they’ve been exploring many different underground scenes, house music was always the closest to their heart as they became familiar with it first only at an early age. With house taking over the clubs and radios in Hungary they’ve become more and more familiar with the roots of the genre and heard many classic hits along the way.

Currently they are residing in Haarlem, The Netherlands, where the underground house scene and the experiences along their way inspired their current sound. Staying true to their roots yet utilizing the energy that nowadays house music has, they are on a mission to create their stand in the scene with the sound of Retrouve.

As their first milestone they’ve been supported and recognized by rising star M-high, who later introduced their music to PIV label boss Prunk, which lead them getting signed to the label with a fresh 4 track EP releasing both on Vinyl and digitally in the summer of 2022. With this EP being their debut release there is much to be expected from the young duo in the upcoming years. Their heavy beats and groovy basslines are bound to make unforgettable moments on many dancefloors.
